    once Gamer, forever Gamer

Yesterday, I received a sms from my friend at 1:05am, here it is
    "cc or yum cha (drinking)"
I called back and asked my friend, what he wants? Eventually, we decided to go for cc, cc = cyber cafe. woow!

I was drove to this place called Blitzone near KDU, PJ. a chain cyber cafe with all the PCs equipped with good response time LCD, Razer set (of course Razer Diamondback gaming mouse) and Logitech gaming speaker. We warmed up with a round of Counter-strike, and ended up playing all the games that bring back the good old times!

From Starcraft, CS, Warcraft, Fifa, DotA, we spent overnight there and only went back home at 7am morning. I could not remember when was the last time, I could spend so many hours in cyber cafe just for playing games. I think, it was 3 or 4 years ago when I was still in Uni.

Think back the past, when I was working in cyber cafe during year 2001, we were group of bastard that spent the whole night in the cyber cafe I was working at. Just because I was the one holding the key, you guys (of course with me) can enjoy free play. haha... poor me, the next day I had to continue working but you guys can go back home and sleep...what a crazy old time...

You guys still rock, even CS squad leader (former, old man!) haha...still can "tapao" me more than half of the kills, but it is proud to be member of Mercenaries (now gone...zzz). Even we did not make to the end, but I know, my AWP skill still not bad...haha!

    Vietnam . Work . Travel

I was joking that I will fly over to Ho Chi Minh to meet YeeYin, but in fact, I was really sent to Hanoi, after my boss said I have to work with the publishers there. It was quite a surprise, and yes, finally I landed in Vietnam on Nov. 27, 8:45 morning. Without having any chance to look around, my boss called a taxi, and both of us heading to our first meeting at 10am.

It was very rush, and nothing special happened after this, because the reason I was there is just work, work and work. Yes, hotel room was my workplace, and just leave the room when I need to eat...haha!

The nice part is, when I started to plan the Halong Bay trip for the coming weekend. Although we only can confirm at last minute, but the unplanned plan at least work!

On Friday night, my boss left me and flew to HCM, haha...so my work there was officially ended. Then here the "good companion" came to Hanoi, and I have to thank you again to work out this travel plan. I know you have to spend your own money for the flight ticket, but I am sure that the return is greater, right? haha!

Zumi, my colleague in Vietnam, brought us to visit around the Hanoi city, and this was our only transport,

Superbike carried 3 persons! In fact, it wasn't my first time in Hanoi, 2 days ago, Zumi and I took this moto-taxi (+driver), and my left hand even carried a laptop.

Then we "bike" around the city and had this chee-cheong-fun (with pork) alike for our dinner and sweet soup for our dessert, very nice sweet potato wrapped inside the sticky rice!

    Hanoi City (night & day)

You won't see me like this in Malaysia (Zumi & I)

Then, the next day, we finally on our way to Halong Bay.

Our transport to port, very comfort...haha!

And after 3 hours of sightseeing journey, we reached the dock, and ready to sail out.

    First meal, seafood lunch!

And busy taking photo after lunch, nice boat and our boat(cruise?) name is called Bai Tu Long

Without knowing our trip itinerary, we reached the Sung Sot cave. Very amazing I can say with the huge chambers inside.
And our next destination was TipTop island.

Special note to this gang of cruel foreigners (all "guai lou"),  when we tried to sail out the small boat to the sea, pushing hard the small boat, they only know how to sit on the boat and looking at us. Damn!

Again, after we go back to our cruise, we were served luxury seafood dinner again...haha! The dinner was great, and the night too. I actually slept on the deck, until forced to go back to own room because it was really cold!

The next morning, our ship was heading to Cat Ba Island to drop off the Israel couple. We didn't have any opportunity to travel around the Island, because our package was 2 days 1 night. However, we managed to take some pictures at the dock there.

    Lovely & Sunny, hahaha!

And is time to go back...

The whole trip was very nice, nice food, nice people, nice boat, very nice, very nice, very nice!
It was quite a refreshing trip, as before this, I was quite streesed at work.

Halong Bay definitely a place not to be missed if you travel to Vietnam. Although it was quite expensive tour (almost 2 millions VND, haha!) but for such a luxury treat, is worth for it!
